Warm greetings to you. We trust that you and your family are in good health.
We give thanks to God for His protection, guidance, and blessings throughout the year from February to December. We also extend our sincere appreciation to you, our dear parents and guardians, for your continued support—caring for the learners, providing for them, and ensuring their consistent attendance at school.
Today, Friday, 5th December 2025, the school has officially closed for the Term Three (3) holidays. Your child has been sent home with this circular and their report card. Kindly receive them and support them during this festive season.
Please note that Term One (1) of 2026 will begin on Monday, 2nd February 2026. Boarding learners are expected to report on Sunday, 1st February 2026, between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.

We thank all parents who fulfilled their obligations during the year. Parents who have not yet completed payment of fees for this term are kindly requested to do so through the bank or designated payment platforms. Please present the payment slip when collecting the end-of-year report card from the bursar’s office, starting Monday, 8th December 2025.
📘 Registration of Continuing Learners for 2026
Registration for continuing learners from Middle Class to P.7 will begin on Monday, 8th December 2025, in the bursar’s office.
Parents are asked to pay Shs. 50,000 as part of the Term One development fund to confirm commitment.
Office hours will be 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
🧒 Registration of New Entrants
Registration for new learners joining Baby Class will also begin on 8th December 2025 during working hours. Parents are requested to come with the child and the following:
- Shs. 10,000 – Interview fee
- Shs. 10,000 – Registration fee
- Shs. 50,000 – Development fund
📝 Interviews for Admissions (Middle – P.7)
Interviews for new admissions in other classes (Middle Class to P.7) will take place on Monday, 5th January 2026, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Parents are requested to come with the learner, a pen for the written interview, the child’s report card from the previous school, and the required fees listed above.
We encourage you to guide and support your child during this long holiday, especially by helping them read books from the lower classes to strengthen their learning.
