Dear Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for your continued support of Bright Horizon School and, most importantly, our students. Your contribution plays a vital role in helping us move forward, and we deeply appreciate it.
This letter serves to inform you that Term One (1) officially concluded on Friday, 2nd May 2025. Learners have now commenced a three-week holiday break. Please take note that Term Two (2) will begin on Monday, 26th May 2025 at 7:00 A.M. All learners are expected to report on time, ready for learning. Boarding learners and candidates are required to report on Sunday, 25th May 2025, between 2:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. Kindly ensure that your child returns as scheduled.
🏡 Holiday Study Program
We kindly request you to encourage your child to allocate time for revision, focusing on foundational topics and Term One (1) content.
All learners have received a holiday study package, which should be completed through careful review and guided research using their class notes. Completed work will be submitted on the first day of Term Two (2).
Additionally, a holiday skilling program for Primary 4, 5, and 6 will run on weekdays from Monday, 5th May to Friday, 16th May 2025 between 8 A.M. and 1 P.M.
📚 Saturday Remedial Lessons
- P.7 candidates have continued attending Saturday remedial sessions.
- P.4 to P.6 learners have transitioned to the Skilling program during this time.
- P.1 to P.3 learners are stay home as part of learner-centered administrative adjustments designed to ensure they receive adequate rest.
This approach has ensured that teachers have ample time to cover all required content during weekdays each term.
🎓 Top Class Graduation – 2025
To parents of Top Class learners:
The Graduation Fee remains 155,000 UGX, covering:
- Framed Photograph: 15,000 UGX
- Calendar: 10,000 UGX
- Graduation Ceremony: 130,000 UGX
We encourage early payment to support smooth planning ahead of Term Three (3).

We encourage early planning to allow your child to benefit from this learning experience. The P.6 and P.7 tour will take place during the Term Two (2) holidays.
💳 School Fees
We appreciate all parents who cleared their Term One (1) fees. For those with balances, kindly settle them before proceeding with Term Two (2) payments.
Please note:
- At least 75% of Term Two (2) fees must be paid before your child is allowed into class.
- Learners must bring proof of payment for gate clearance.
- Kindly make fees payments through the various payment channels including, but not limited to; our Current Account at Centenary Bank (3100096117), via SchoolPay, among others (see How To Pay Fees).
- Cash payments are no longer accepted at the school premises.
🎉 83rd Birthday Celebration – Proprietress
We are pleased to invite you to join us in celebrating the 83rd birthday of our beloved Proprietress on Friday, 30th May 2025, at 10:00 A.M. in the Nursery Section.
All parents, learners (Nursery to P.7), staff, and well-wishers are welcome to attend this special occasion.
